During our New Year vacation, we had a pleasant stay at a condominium in Chiang Mai. We loved the quiet and fresh air of this place. the swimming pool and gym were well-maintained, and we enjoyed them every day. the location is another plus point. It takes only 7 minutes by taxi from the airport, and the shopping mall is just 5 minutes' walk away for food and shopping. We also appreciated the friendly behavior of the staff.
The payment process. the credit card machine was out of order, and the staff didn't inform us beforehand that deposit of 2000 THB can only be paid in cash.

Quiet location, fresh air, clean and tidy condo. Enjoyable swimming pool and gym facilities. Close proximity to airport and shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, making my stay a lot more comfortable. The hotel facilities like the swimming pool and gym were just fantastic! The hotel's location to the shopping mall was convenient and saved me a lot of time. Transport was easily accessible from the hotel to any part of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful which was great.

The holiday was enjoyable with two great amenities offered, a refreshing swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. The location of the hotel was also convenient, only a 7-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 5-minute walk to a shopping mall. it was nice to have a clean and fresh environment to relax in during the new year period.
I faced some challenges during my stay as the credit card machine was not functioning properly and I was not informed that only cash was accepted for the 2000 currency deposit. Staff should be better trained on how to use payment gateways and inform guests of all payment requirements before their stay.
